Planes of the Head will refund the full value or offer a replacement if: a) the item received arrived damaged (photos may be requested), OR b) the item received was not what was ordered. Please contact Planes of the Head regarding the return within 30 days of receipt. A return label will be sent and the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Replacement items will be shipped at our expense.

For exchanges or refunds, the return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact Planes of the Head within 30 days of receipt. The customer will be charged for shipping and/or price difference on the exchange item. Returned item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Planes of the Head is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All international orders are subject to Customs fees and VAT taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these taxes upon arrival. We cannot calculate the amount you will owe as every country is different; you should be able to find this information online or contact your local post office.
